Re:Wired is a community museum and working arcade preserving the machines that shaped the digital age. We’re run by volunteers, and there’s a place for you whether you love meeting visitors or tinkering with vintage hardware.

Front of House

Welcome visitors, run the arcade floor, demonstrate machines and help people enjoy their day. Perfect if you’re friendly, enjoy chatting about retro tech, and like a lively environment.

  • Greeting and guiding visitors
  • Running and demonstrating exhibits
  • Helping at events and open days

Maintenance & Restoration

Keep our collection running — diagnosing faults, repairing boards, recapping, cleaning and restoring hardware. Ideal if you’re hands-on and love getting old machines working again.

  • Logging your hours and any equipment you borrow

Our team reviews your application and may take up the references you provide.
